Scope of Operation

We will develop a scope of Operations document for you to analyze to ensure that we have fully understood the characteristics of your current operation as well as the goals for improved efficiency.

Workflow Design

You will gain a detailed operations manual including workflow diagrams, charts, and detailed documentation.  This will provide you with the necessary tools to analyze your current and proposed procedures, job functions, and operating efficiency.

Technology Improvement Plan

In the end of the Consulting phase, SoftTec will provide you with a working model, not just a paper model, of a technology plan that will make your organization both high-tech and efficient. 

We won't stop here either, when you decide to implement this plan, we will either provide the implementation team or assist you in finding a company to perform that function either by an RFP process or a direct contract award.
