Juvenile Demographic Tracking

The tracking module allows you to track all pertinent demographic information such as address, phone number, and e-mail address in an easy to enter format.  There is even a :Location Information: box to enter directions for hard to find places  This is very useful for things such as probation visits.

Additional information such as hair color, eye color, race, ethnicity, language spoken, height, weight and much more are available to help you or the local law enforcement agencies in case of runaways of warrant information.

The most important feature of the demographics section is that it is the foundation for long-term tracking of juveniles in all areas of the system.  It assists with many facets of the juveniles life, including but not limited to:

• Aliases
• Duplicate checking
• address history
• Family members including custody, living-with, address history, and relationships.

There is even an Extra Identification section that can be custom labeled to track unique pieces of information for which JCS may not provide a place.  This feature allows you the flexibility to track pieces of information unique to your court, facility, or area.
