SERVICE & ASSESSMENTS

From the Services screen keep track of:

• Referral Date
• Start Date
• Termination Reason
• Service Type
• Service Program
• Total Hours Completed
• Service Location
• Restitution

The Service Module also allows you to track the credit rate if you allow juveniles to work off restitution.  You may also select the Committing Charge, Placement Episode, or Major Incident Report that caused the juvenile to have to perform community service.

Select the Assessment of your choice:

• Initial Medical Screening
• Drug Screening
• YOLSI
• Family Questionnaire
• Any Assessment you want to create
• Optional interface to Assessments.com

From the assessment screen you select an answer from the drop down and / or enter a narrative if you need more detail.

You are in complete control of the Assessments module.  You determine the Assessment Type, then develop a set of questions and answers to go with each assessment for complete customization.  You may even add scores to your answers.
