Release Schedule
- SoftTec will send out new releases
usually three (3) times a year
- There may be interim release patches
between normal releases
- Standard software product upgrades with
each release
- Inclusion of State product updates with
each release
- Update Bulletin and Enhancement document
with each release indicating the changes included in the release.
- Updated documentation
- Adherence to new product releases for
Operating Systems, Databases, and other related Third Party Software such as
Microsoft Office.
Releases require the following:
- A remote connection to your system for
use by our support representatives. This is most effective using a
broadband terminal services connection, but other connections are
acceptable.
- Your knowledgeable project manager and
support representative will be available to discuss any and all questions
you have about the new release.
